InfoComm 2017: Stunning Audiovisual Displays Unveil Trending Tech

InfoComm 2017, North America’s biggest audiovisual tradeshow for creative and technical professionals, welcomed a record-setting 44,077 visitors. The modern innovations showcased were awe-inspiring, and the exhibition provided new experiences to interest guests in the growing industry.

InfoComm offered elements including Center Stage, The Park, TIDE Conference,  and the Immersive Technology Experience. A mixed crowd of creatives & professionals gathered around, therefore creating an atmosphere for learning AV and Information Communications Technologies.

 

 

BZB Express Buzzes The Show Floor at InfoComm

 

The BZB Express Team attended InfoComm to learn about their partner vendors’ latest technology and product releases. The marketing team made preparations to evaluate and learn about trending tech from Adder, tvONE, and Hall Research, who all displayed a product that won “Best of Show” from Sound & Contractor and AV Technology.

 

“We strive to provide the latest solutions and InfoComm gives us the insight directly from our partner’s booths. It’s critical we attend and learn as much as we can from our vendors. tvONE introduces a new device to their CORIOmaster series in the C3-503 CORIOmaster micro. This unit uses a small ½ chassis while able to create an elaborate, eye-catching video walls. The CORIO®3 technology provides distinct levels of video processing power to achieve new heights of dynamic and creative video wall displays. The C3-503 earned a “Best of Show” award at InfoComm by Sound & Video Contractor.

 

Adder Technology also collected Sound & Video Contractor’s “Best-of-Show” award with their CCS-PRO8. The versatile CCS-PRO8 allows interaction with up to eight computers from just a single mouse. This amazing product allows seamless switching by mouse and provides operators the simplicity of moving the cursor to screen borders rendering the experience of a single desktop.

 

Hall Research struck attention with their new test pattern generator, PGA-VHD. This battery run tool offers an HDMI input and both VGA and HDMI outputs; a must for every AV installer and system integrator.  This product seized the attention of AV Technology, an InfoComm eBook as a “Best of Show” winner.

 

Atlona Technologies expands their array of AV integration devices with HDR (High Dynamic Range) compatible products. Their newest HDMI-over-HDBaseT extender kit (AT-HDR-EX-70-2PS) can extend 4K/UHD HDMI signals over HDBaseT with the ability to support HDR formats. They also unveiled the AT-JUNO-451, an HDR capable HDMI switcher excellent for HDR-equipped devices such as the Ultra HD Blu-ray players and the latest HDR projection and display devices.

 

The BZB Express Team swarmed the show floor to examine these marvelous products on exhibit. Other booths visited include Apantac, Ashly, PurelinkAV, MSE Audio, Wyrestorm, AVProConnect, Gefen, and Kanex Pro. They shot exclusive video footage direct from their partner’s booths.
