Order Placement

Placing an order online is simple and efficient. Please ensure you create an account before shopping at www.bzbexpress.com. Once you’ve selected the item(s) you wish to purchase, you can either click “add to cart” or “add to wish list” and continue shopping.

  • If “add to cart” is clicked, a shopping cart window will appear with your selected items.
  • From there, you may “continue shopping,” “proceed to checkout,” or “view shopping cart.”
  • You can view and update your cart at any time by clicking the “my cart” button at the top of any page.
  • “Proceed to checkout” will prompt you to enter your name, billing address, shipping address, shipping method, and payment method. 

 

Payments Accepted

  • PayPal: You may select PayPal as a payment option in our shopping cart.
  • Money Orders and Checks (personal/company):

We Offer a 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

If, within 30 days of your purchase, you find the same product(s) for less on a website or in a retail store, we will gladly match that price!

  • Our Price Match Guarantee applies only to products marked with a “100% Price Match” icon on the product page.
  • It does not apply to b-stock or refurbished products.
  • The store/website must be an authorized dealer/distributor for the product purchased. 

 

We Offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee

Our main goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our service and products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

  • Our 60-day money back guarantee applies to all products we sell except:
    • TVs and monitors 20 inches or larger
    • All projectors
    • Special-order merchandise
    • Any item indicated as non-returnable

 

Before returning your purchase, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued to you. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packing materials (accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc.) and original packaging (UPC code intact). Otherwise, returned items may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee or the return may be voided. Returns must be shipped in a double box to prevent damage. Other Terms and Conditions

  • BZB Express must receive all returns within 30 days of issuing an RMA number. Returns received after 30 days will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense for outbound shipping costs.
  • All returned products must be unused, complete, and in the original manufacturer’s box with all peripherals and accessories intact. Otherwise, a minimum 15% restocking fee may be charged.
  • Products returned in non-restockable condition will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • If the product is found to be damaged by a carrier, the customer will be contacted to arrange a claim with the carrier.
  • An RMA number is required before returning a product for any reason. Products received without a valid RMA number (e.g., refused shipments) are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee or may be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • BZB Express will not be liable for any loss or damage to unauthorized returns.
  • BZB Express reserves the right to refuse returns of certain products due to manufacturer restrictions.
  • BZB Express must be notified within 30 days from the date of the customer’s return authorization if a product was sent back and credit has not been received. A signed proof of delivery to our warehouse will be required before any investigation can begin. Requests received over 30 days from the customer’s return authorization date may result in forfeited credit.

  

Pricing Errors and Omissions

We encourage customers to communicate with our Customer Care team if there is a problem with a transaction. While we make every effort to avoid errors, human or computer mistakes may occur, resulting in an incorrect price being listed. BZB Express will not honor incorrect prices and will take corrective action to resolve any errors.

Please note that BZB Express reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted or confirmed, or after a credit card has been charged. If a pricing error is discovered after your credit card has been charged and the order is canceled, your card will be refunded in full. You will be notified via email if the order has been canceled and given the option to place a new order at the correct price. Bank policies vary regarding how quickly credited funds become available in your account. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Freight Discrepancy

If you receive a product that is damaged by a carrier, lost in transit, or missing accessories, please contact BZB Express Customer Service. You must sign for the shipment and note any discrepancies/exceptions on the carrier’s Delivery Receipt. FAILURE TO NOTE ANY DISCREPANCIES FOR A SHIPMENT MAY CAUSE YOUR CLAIM TO BE DENIED.

Requests to investigate a freight discrepancy must be made within 10 business days of delivery. BZB Express will not honor claims made after 10 days. Some carriers limit the time frame for submitting a freight claim, so additional time restrictions may apply.

When reporting a discrepancy, customers must include the following:

  • Sales Order or Invoice Number
  • Serial Number (if available)
  • Product Code
  • Tracking Number
  • Quantity Ordered

Tax or VAT for International Customers
