Order Placement:
Establishing an order online is simple and efficient. Please make sure to create an account prior to shopping on Once you've selected the item(s) you wish to purchase, you can either click “add to cart” or “add to wish list” and continue shopping. If “add to cart” is clicked, a customer's shopping cart window will appear with items selected. From the shopping cart window, a customer has the option of “continue shopping,” “proceed to checkout,” or “view shopping cart.” A customer can view and update their shopping cart at any time by clicking the “my cart” button at the top of any page. Proceeding to checkout will prompt the customer to enter name, billing address, shipping address, shipping method, and payment method.

Payments Accepted:

PayPal: Customer may select an option of Paying with PayPal in our shopping cart.

Money orders and checks (personal/company): Please place your order by phone at 1.888.660.2962 (U.S. customers only). Note that money orders and checks may take up to 10 days to clear.

Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer): Only available for amounts over $500. Please place your order by phone at 1.888.660.2962.

We Offer a 30-Day Price Match Guarantee:
If, within 30 days of your purchase, you find the same product(s) elsewhere for less, on a website or in a retail store, we will gladly match that price!
Our Price Match Guarantee only applies to products that have a “100% Price Match” icon indicated on the product page. It does not apply to b-stock or refurbished products. The store/website that has the product at a lower price must be an authorized dealer/distributor for the product purchased.

We Offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee:
Our main goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our service and products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Our 60-day money back guarantee applies to all of the products we sell, except for: TV's and monitors 20 inches and larger, All Projectors, Special Order merchandise, or any item indicated as non-returnable.

Prior to returning your purchase, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided to you. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all the packing material (i.e., accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc.) and original packaging (including the UPC code being intact). Otherwise, returned items may be subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee or even a void of the return. Returns must be shipped in a double box to avoid damage. Other Terms and Conditions: 
BZB Express must receive all returns within 60 days of the issuance of an RMA number. Returned items received after 60 days will be sent back to the customer with outbound shipping costs to be paid by the customer. All returned products must be unused, complete, and in the original manufacturer's box and packaging with all peripherals and accessories intact. Otherwise, a minimum restocking fee of 15% could be charged to the customer. Products that are returned in non-restockable condition will be returned back to the customer at customer's expense (i.e., outbound shipping costs). If the product is found to be damaged by a customer's carrier, customer will be contacted by our representative to make arrangements with the carrier. An RMA number must be obtained before you return a product for any reason. Products received without a valid RMA number (i.e., refused shipments) is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total credit, above and beyond any other applicable fees, or may be returned at the customer's expense. BZB Express will not be liable for any loss or damage to unauthorized returns. BZB Express reserves the right to refuse returns of certain products due to a manufacturer's restriction. BZB Express must be notified within 30 days of a customer's return authorization date if a customer has sent BZB Express a product and credit has not been received. A signed proof of delivery to the BZB Express warehouse facility will be required before any investigation can occur. Requests received over 30 days from a customer's return authorization date may cause credit to be forfeited.

Pricing Errors and Omissions: 
We encourage our customers to communicate with our customer care representative when there is a problem with a transaction. We make every effort to ensure mistakes do not happen. However, human/computer errors, while rare, may occur and an incorrect price may be listed. BZB Express will not honor incorrect prices and we will take corrective action towards errors that are made. Please be advised that BZB Express reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after a purchase order has been submitted or confirmed, or after a credit card has been charged. If we discover a pricing error after a credit card has been charged and an order is canceled as a result of the error, the credit card will be refunded the full amount of the order. The customer will be notified via email if an order has been canceled and the customer will be given an opportunity to place the order at the correct price. Please note that individual bank policies vary when the amount is credited back to a customer's account. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Freight Discrepancy: 
Customers who receive a product that is damaged by a carrier, lost in transit, or has incomplete accessories must contact the BZB Express Customer Service Department. Customer must sign for the shipment and note any discrepancies/exceptions on the carrier's Delivery Receipt. FAILURE TO NOTE ANY DISCREPANCIES FOR A SHIPMENT MAY CAUSE YOUR CLAIM TO BE DENIED. Requests to research a Freight Discrepancy must be made within 10 business days from the delivery. If a claim is requested after 10 days, BZB Express will not honor the request. Some carriers limit the time we can report a Freight Claim to them, therefore, some freight issues may have additional time restrictions.

When reporting a discrepancy, customer's must include the following information:

Tax or VAT for International Customers:
