Our main goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our service and products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Our 60-day money back guarantee applies to all of the products we sell, except for: TVs and monitors 20" and larger, Special Order merchandise, or any item indicated as non-returnable. Shipping is not refundable. Prior to returning your purchase, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided to you.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as received from the customer at the time of purchase. Once we receive the product and it passes inspection, we will credit your account. Please allow 3 - 6 business days for a credit to appear on your account.
If the item was sent back to us for an exchange, please allow 3 - 5 business days for the replacement to be processed.
No Returns/Exchanges on the following:
TVs and monitors 20" and larger
Special Order merchandise
Any item indicated on the website as non-returnable
Condition Policy for Returns:
Returned products must be UNOPENED/UNUSED and in brand-new condition with all the packing material (i.e., accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc.) and original packaging (including the UPC code being intact). Otherwise, returned items may be subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee or even a void of the return. Returns must be shipped in a double box to avoid damage, for if found damaged, may result in deductions or a void of the return. Products damaged by the customer will be returned back at the customer's expense with no refund.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. Defective items returned back to us within 60 days may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
Other Terms and Conditions:
BZB Express must receive all returns within 60 days of the issuance of an RMA number. Returned items received after 60 days will be sent back to the customer with outbound shipping costs to be paid by the customer. All returned products must be unused, complete, and in the original manufacturer's box and packaging with all peripherals and accessories intact. Otherwise, a minimum restocking fee of 15% could be charged to the customer. Products that are returned in non-restockable condition will be returned back to the customer at customer's expense (i.e., outbound shipping costs). If the product is found to be damaged by a customer's carrier, customer will be contacted by a representative to make arrangements with the carrier to pick up the product to file a claim. An RMA number must be obtained before you return a product for any reason. Products received without a valid RMA number (i.e., refused shipments) is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total credit, above and beyond any other applicable fees, or may be returned at the customer's expense. BZB Express will not be liable for any loss or damage to unauthorized returns. BZB Express reserves the right to refuse returns of certain products due to a manufacturer's restriction. BZB Express must be notified within 30 days of a customer's return authorization date if a customer has sent BZB Express a product and credit has not been received. A signed proof of delivery to the BZB Express warehouse facility will be required before any investigation can occur. Requests received over 30 days from a customer's return authorization date may cause credit to be forfeited.

Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging. Place the original packaging into a shipping box. The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping box.
DO NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.
Ship your order back to us via a shipping courier (i.e., UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). We recommend you ship your order back with insured service and a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. BZB Express is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
