Return Policy

60-Day Money Back Guarantee
Our primary goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with both our service and products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund. This 60-day money back guarantee applies to all products we sell, except:
- TVs and monitors 20" and larger
- Special-order merchandise
- Any item marked as non-returnable
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Before returning your purchase, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Refunds
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form originally used at the time of purchase. Once we receive the product and it passes inspection, we will credit your account. Please allow 3–6 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If an item is returned for an exchange, please allow 3–5 business days for the replacement to be processed.
No Returns/Exchanges on the Following Items:
- TVs and monitors 20 inches and larger
- All projectors
- Special-order merchandise
- All Mutec products
- Any item indicated on the website as non-returnable
Condition Policy for Returns
Returned products must be in brand-new condition, with all original packing materials (e.g., accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc.) and original packaging (UPC code intact). Otherwise, returns may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee or may even be voided. Returns must be shipped in a double box to prevent damage. Products damaged by the customer will be returned at the customer’s expense with no refund.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. Defective items returned within 60 days may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or a manufacturer’s equivalent model.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Deadline for returns: BZB Express must receive all returns within 60 days of the issuance of an RMA number. Items received after 60 days will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- All returned products must be unused, complete, and in the original manufacturer's box and packaging with all peripherals and accessories intact. Otherwise, a minimum 15% restocking fee could be charged.
- Products returned in non-restockable condition will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- If the product is found to be damaged by the customer's carrier, our representative will contact the customer to arrange a claim with the carrier.
- An RMA number must be obtained before returning a product for any reason. Products received without a valid RMA number (e.g., refused shipments) are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee of the total credit, beyond any other applicable fees, or may be returned at the customer’s expense.
- BZB Express is not liable for any loss or damage to unauthorized returns and reserves the right to refuse returns of certain products due to manufacturer restrictions.
- BZB Express must be notified within 30 days of a customer’s return authorization date if the customer has sent a product back but has not received credit. A signed proof of delivery to the BZB Express warehouse is required before any investigation can begin. Requests received after 30 days may result in forfeited credit.

STEP 1
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can do this in any of the following ways:

You will receive return instructions by email.
STEP 2
Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging, then place the original packaging into a shipping box. The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping box.
- DO NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.
STEP 3
Ship your order back to us using any major carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx). We recommend insured service and a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. BZB Express is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
