Free Shipping Options

Free Ground Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on select purchases of $300 or more in the contiguous United States. Simply choose the “Free Ground Shipping (USPS/FedEx/UPS)” option at checkout. BZB Express may use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your order.

Free Expedited Shipping

We offer Free Expedited Shipping in the contiguous United States for certain brands and products, indicated by a “Free Expedited Shipping” icon on the product page. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 1–3 business days. BZB Express may use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your order. Free Expedited Shipping is not available for PO Boxes.

Paid Shipping Options

FedEx Ground

FedEx provides up-to-date tracking information. Ground service takes 2–7 business days for delivery, depending on the destination. FedEx Ground does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Air Shipment via FedEx

All air shipment methods (Overnight, Second Day, Express) offer guaranteed delivery times for your shipment and include detailed tracking information. BZB Express reserves the right to choose between air shipment methods to meet or reduce delivery times. For guaranteed delivery of multiple items with expedited shipping, please contact our customer service representatives for personalized assistance.

International Customers

We offer shipping via USPS, FedEx, or DHL for our international customers. Rates and shipping options can be viewed and selected during checkout.

Shipping Destinations

U.S. Customers

We ship anywhere in the U.S. and U.S. territories. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are limited to U.S. Postal Service only.

International Customers

We reserve the right to restrict certain products from being shipped outside the U.S. due to manufacturer restrictions. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are limited to U.S. Postal Service only.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery dates are based on the shipping carrier’s practices, your destination, and the items ordered. They are estimates only and may be affected by various factors. Items not regularly stocked cannot be guaranteed for the estimated delivery date. Orders may arrive in separate shipments.

Our shipping cutoff time is 12:00 PM PST.

A tracking number is usually provided within 12–24 hours after you place your order. Tracking information may not update immediately on the carrier’s website.

All orders are subject to approval by our order verification department. We will notify you by phone or email if additional verification is required.

Local Pick-Up Most items ordered through our website can be picked up at our warehouse in Sacramento, California. Please note that will-call orders require an appointment. Call our customer service team to schedule a pick-up appointment between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST. A valid Federal/State ID will be required at the time of pick-up.
