VGA to DVI-A Cables
The trend of VGA to DVI-A cables started when DVI was introduced and many people were still using VGA devices. The VGA to DVI-A cable assisted with the transition of going from a VGA analog device to a DVI analog standard, which is DVI-A. When working with this cable, make sure that the device/’s you are working with is compatible with DVI-A and not DVI-D which is digital only. Also, the VGA to DVI-A cable is backward compatible with displays using VGA signals contacting the DVI connector carrying the analog VGA signals. If you still have questions regarding this cable and your application, please call one of our representatives for consultation.
