The Ashly XR-1001 Crossover depends on a robust state-variable filter circuit ensuring that two (2)
adjacent frequency band outputs always remain in phase. The unit is a conservative design and an
extensive procedure for quality control ensuring dependability in the recording, sound reinforcement
as well as broadcast fields.
The XR-1001 provides some useful features, such as a response control, continuous tuning, and a
distinct output stage that maintains low noise at any level setting. The device includes an
individual output mute switches, 200:1 tuning range and both TRS and XLR connectors. The control
adjusts the damping of the filter altering the response shape of the filters at the crossover point.
