S-4609 is a portable mini converter of SDI audio de-embedder, supports up to 3Gb/
s SDI, and can be widely used in broadcast field production and professional audio/
video conversion and transmission.
De-embed Channel Selection
S-4609 can de-embeded any 2-ch audio from SDI first 8-ch embedded audios. User
can select the channel number to be de-embedded by the 6 switchers on the front
panel of the product. And on the rear side, S-4609 provides the description of the 6
switchers for reference.
Status Indicators
S-4609 provides 3 LED indictors, to check if the power is connected, if the SDI
input is recognized, and if de-embedded audio is deliver.
Power Supply
The mini converter is powered by pole-tap DC socket. The package includes an AC-
DC power adaptor, and you can also connect DC cable from 6-18V batteries.
Heavy Duty Housing
The S-4609 mini converter adopts unibody aluminium alloy housing, strong for
field using and protects the audio/video connectors effectively.
Installation
S-4609 provides the bottom 1/4-inch screw threads for fixing on cameras, and an
installing plate is supplied in the package, for fixing on wall and binding the BNC/
audio cables.
