The Matrox Maevex™ MVX-ED5150F H.264 Encoder/Decoder Kit is a video distribution over IP solution which can extend or record up to 1080p60 video plus audio. It extends signal over a native IP network at user-defined low bit rates for high- quality and minimal network bandwidth consumption. The encoder streams or records high-performance audio and video and utilizes the H.264 video compression standard. It can stream to Maevex decoder or any device or PC that allows the required network protocols. It is capable of recording a shared network or NAS drive.
