Adder INFINITY 4000 Series Is the First 4K IP KVM

FConn Dunning, regional sales manager at Adder, unveils the world’s first dual-head 4K IP KVM extender over a single fiber in the ADDERLink INFINITY 4000 Series (ALIF4000) at InfoComm 2019. The unit won AV Technology’s Best of Show award at InfoComm 2019. It is also the Product of the Year award from NAB Show back in April. It comes as a transmitter (ALIF4021T-US) and receiver (ALIF4021R-US) set.

 

 

The INFINITY 4000 Series delivers color accurate, pixel-perfect picture at 4K60 with USB2.0 and fast switching. Additionally, the system is completely compatible with the existing INFINITY range. The INFINITY 4000 Series also features ADDERLink INFINITY Manager (AIM). The system is useful as a point-to-point extender or simply integrate into a larger matrix system. This enables KVM users to move to 4K without needing to rip and replace.

 

 

As many are now utilizing 4K and recognizing it as the industry standard, the INFINITY 4000 Series meets the needs of integrators, pro-AV, and digital signage professionals. From closed-circuit surveillance cameras to monitors used in medical imaging environments, 4K allows the highest quality picture of vital content.

 

 

The INFINITY 4000 Series allows AV pros and control room operators the flexibility to add 4K KVM as it is needed without having to replace everything. Also, the unit uses SDVoE 10G AV over IP tech and its dual 10Gb network ports to curtail redundancy and protect against network failure.
