ADDERLink DV100 is a simple-to-install, ultra-slim video extender
system that can extend an HD video stream with audio via one CATx
cable. The unit allows the user to place their media playback hardware
in a reliable and temperature controlled environment. Thereby keeping
your valued systems safely away from the display point environment and
at the same time maintaining precisely the same user experience.
Typical for use in Digital Signage (DOOH - Digital Out-Of-Home) and
Audio Visual (AV) applications.
Pixel perfect digital video
The ALDV100 employs an uncompressed communication system with no
image quality loss. It supports resolutions up to 1920x1200 @60Hz
(WUXGA). It is HDCP Compliant
Up to 50 meters via a single CATx cable
Extend audio, video, and power via a single cable up to a maximum
distance of 50 meters. The possible extension length depends on the
CATx cable type used and the number of connection breaks for wall
plates and patch panels.
Highly energy efficient - No need for external power
supplies
The AdderLink DV100 is capable of high power efficiency, utilizing
less than one-eighth of the power required by similar devices. With
power from a standard USB socket, you need no external PSUs and
therefore minimizing the need for support infrastructure.
Digital audio
It allows eight (8) channels of HDMI audio. Mix-n-match, every
member of the AdderLink DV family of extenders, is capable of cross-
connecting. You can seamlessly connect the HDMI transmitters
(ALDV100T) of the family to the DVI-D receivers (ALDV120R) and vice
versa.
EDID management
The unit has intelligent EDID management to enable transmission of
the real characteristics of the display back to the computer.
Plug and Play
AdderLink DV100 extenders operate in a zero config state so the
user can connect their two (2) units and instantly begin working with
them. There's no need for installation of drivers or software.
